Hi, I’m Tish.
I’m a midlife woman who spent years hating my body, shrinking myself, and following all the “rules” about how women should look, act, speak, age, etc. And that created nothing good! It kept me small, stuck, and miserable.
So I said f*** it! I ditched diet culture, questioned society’s bullshit beauty/body and aging standards, and started choosing myself unapologetically.
After learning to build a more compassionate relationship with my body and question all the bullshit, everything shifted.
Now I help midlife women do the same – because hating your body doesn’t motivate change. It limits your life.
